1st course - Saganaki: Crispy fried halloumi cheese, arugula salad, tomatoes, lemon yogurt, olive oil & balsamic reduction

Wine: Karamalegos "Estate" Assyrtiko, Santorini

2nd course - Moussaka: Greek lasagna - tomato sauce, seasoned ground beef, thinly sliced eggplant, béchamel sauce

Wine: Mitravalos "Ktima" Estate, Agiorgitiko Nemea

3rd course - Lamb Souvlaki: Greek kebabs, lettuce, tomato, sauteed kale, tzatziki sauce & fresh pita chips

Wine: Argatia Xinomavro, Naoussa

4th course - Greek Baklava

Wine: Monemvasia Malvasia, Monemvasia
