CORAL ROOM
Centrally located within UPSIDE, Coral may be booked individually, or combined with Marigold for larger parties.
Featuring modern designed glass walls, expansive windows and built-in banquettes for seating

MARIGOLD ROOM
Similar to Coral, Marigold is located in the middle of Upside, Marigold and Coral can be combined for larger private events.

MAIN BAR
Upside offers two semi-private event spaces, adjacent to the Main Bar.
Perfect for Happy Hours, each space includes a section of the Main Bar

Spout Run
Spout Run is perfect for meetings and presentations, being the most private space within UPSIDE. It may be combined with Rainbow to create the largest event space in the food hall.
Featuring a 65’ TV for AV needs, with built-in banquette seating

RAINBOW
Rainbow is a semi-circular reception space with access to the Terrace. It combines with Spout Run and is ideal for standing events.

KEY BRIDGE TERRACE
Our amazing outside patio space! This space has ample seating and a private bar.
Views of the Rosslyn City square and also the Georgetown Key Bridge

SOPHIA’S
Sophia’s includes its own built-in bar, ideal for receptions and happy hours. Incorporating large windows and natural light with a chic bar feel, this is a truly unique space.

LIGHTNING LOUNGE
Our specialty coffee lounge pays homage to the history of Rosslyn. Lightning Motor Oil Company sat just outside our doors at the turn of the 20th Century fueling DC commuters, and today we are doing the same!

The 22nd floor offers possibilities as vast as the views. We have 40,000 square feet to customize for you with clear views of Georgetown, the Mall, Iwo Jima and much more. Our team can turn this elevated blank industrial canvas into the most incredible scene for an event, and your guests will be amazed.
Multiple spaces (conference style, break-outs, cocktail, formal dining) can be created without disruption, within this 1 extremely large office floor.

Take the stress out of meeting planning when you book the Conference Suite with UPSIDE. Our modern, innovative conference suite offers multiple conference rooms, a reception and registration area, a relaxation lounge for breaks or phone calls and a kitchenette. The conference rooms are equipped with large-screen TVs, AV, white boards, comfortable seating, lots of sunlight, outlets at each workstation, high-speed Wi-Fi, and customizable desks.
