Since 2009, Tony Boloney’s has grown from a single Atlantic City restaurant into a nationally recognized brand with locations in Hoboken and Jersey City. Known for scratch-made dough using an original living yeast starter.

Tony Boloney’s signature pizzas and cheesesteaks alongside Mad Mutz, the flavored fresh mozzarella stick brand were featured on Shark Tank. Founder Mike Hauke is eager to bring the brand’s "Jersey food with attitude" and fearless creativity to the DC Metro area.
