Christina Hyrkas is a seasoned yoga instructor with over a decade of practice. A former competitive swimmer, she blends her deep knowledge of the body with a passion for movement that supports mental and emotional well-being. Her classes combine thoughtful flow, grounding presence, and joyful energy—leaving students feeling strong, clear, and connected.
