Celebrate the Fourth of July with us at UPSIDE on Moore!
Join us on Saturday, July 4, from 11:00am–9:00pm for a special collaboration featuring Logan's Sausage and Right Proper Brewing Company.
We'll be serving three specialty loaded hot dogs made with locally sourced Logan's Sausages:
Kimchi Dog – Half-smoked pork and beef sausage topped with kimchi, mayo, scallions, cilantro, and furikake, served split and grilled on a brioche bun.
Chili Dog – Half-smoked pork and beef sausage topped with house beef chili, smoky cheddar mornay, green onions, and shallots, served split and grilled on a brioche bun.
Dijon Dog – Half-smoked pork and beef sausage topped with Dijon mustard, relish, and Sweety Drop peppers, served split and grilled on a brioche bun.
The first 20 customers will receive a complimentary can of Right Proper Brewing Co. beer, and additional Right Proper beers will be available for purchase throughout the day.
