Ease into your weekend with a class designed to help you slow down, move with awareness, and reset. This gentle yoga practice focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and simple, accessible postures to release tension and promote relaxation. You’ll have time to settle into each pose, connect with your breath, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to start the weekend with renewed energy. All levels are welcome.
When weather conditions are favorable (between 68°F and 76°F), the class may be held outdoors. If the class is moved outside, we recommend bringing water, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to help you stay comfortable throughout the session.
