11:00 AM - 9:00 PM: Special Chinese Fusion Dishes, from all vendors

3:30 PM: Hongbao (Mandarin) or Lai see (Cantonese) will occur (gift cards will be passed out in red envelopes, a symbolic gift of good luck and prosperity)

5:00 PM: Night Market (Coral Room) with vendors: @justronchocolate (handmade gourmet chocolates), @frostandflourishdmv (cookies and desserts), plus more….

6:00 PM: Lion Dance! Come watch a set of traditional lion dancers; fun for the whole family.
