Extras: Brown sugar boba tea
The class begins with an introduction to the history of dumplings and an overview of the ingredients, followed by a demonstration on making the dough, preparing the fillings, and shaping the dumplings. Each participant will take home their 12 dumplings (with skins) to cook later.
A sample of each type of dumpling will be provided for tasting, and brown sugar boba tea will be served. All materials and ingredients are included.
